I like this place until last night. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with jalapenos fried onions lettuce tomato and pickle, one of the burgers with fries but the guy didn't listen and gave me 2 fries. I added 2 cans of Arizona tea, and it came to a whooping $39. At $12.99 per combo plus $1.75 for bacon times 2 is $29.48, plus tax is $31.91. If they charge they charge $3.50 a burger just to fry the onions and put on the lettuce tomato and pickle, that comes standard on their burgers and everyone else's. I'll not go back. I can get a lot better hamburger from Whataburger for a better price, and NOT be charged extra to put standard vegetables on and simply fry the onions. This place is no Whataburger I promise you. All those charges for nothing special is probably why the place hardly has any customers. Also, I looked at the pictures of the store, why would a business use pictures of ANOTHER business on their website? They're using pictures from a lot better restaurant, Bigotes, which is nextdoor.
This is definitely a hood classic!! Good atmosphere with a variety of different food options. Bonus they even serve Kool-Aid which is hard to find. Our favorites was the pork chops, fried chicken, fried rice and all sides come with large portions. If you still hungry after eating here you got worms lol !! A must try place that will easily turn into a family gathering.
The wings and fries were really good I recommend getting the buffalo and adding ranch. I did have to wait 20+ minutes but still good nonetheless. $12 for the 6 wing combo.
